I began my career with SSA in 1999 as a Customer Service Representative in the Tampa TSC.  Since that time, I have served in several positions including as a Lead Customer Service Representative, T16 Claims Representative, T16 Technical Expert, TSC Unit Supervisor, Deputy TSC Manager, and TSC/WSU Manager since September 2017. I have received numerous performance awards throughout my career at SSA.

Prior to starting my career with SSA, I held several leadership positions.  My first leadership position was a supervisor position in the radiology department at Washington Adventist hospital in Maryland.  I then became the office manager for a group of Neurologists, a position that I held for ten years.  Subsequently, I started and ran my own successful business, a Medical Billing Agency, for a period of 5 years before relocating to Florida in 1999.
