Domingo began his career as a Claims Representative in the Tampa Downtown office in June of 2000 where he also later held the position of Management Support Specialist.  He was later promoted to Operations Supervisor in the Tampa Carrollwood office.  In just under 13 years with the Agency, he was then promoted to Assistant District Manager. Domingo is also a graduate of the Atlanta Region Leadership Development Program.  He has performed as a facilitator throughout the years for workgroup committees focused in the area of Labor Management Employee Relationships and has served in numerous promotion panels for the South Florida Area Director’s office.  Before joining our Agency, Domingo was in the Armed Forces and retired from the Army with twenty two years of service.  Domingo graduated with honors Magna Cum Laude from St. Leo University with a Bachelor’s Degree and from Troy University with Master’s Degree in Science Management with a specialization in Humans Resource Management.
